December Musings

As I sit writing this, I am reflecting on the past year.

It’s been a busy one for me. I started offering facials in February, which I am loving doing. It’s lovely to be able to use such beautiful organic skincare products (Neal’s yard products) and seeing how radiant and relaxed people look after a facial.

I continue to offer other holistic therapies too and it is a privilege to work with people and see the improvements as they embark on a journey of self-healing.

I’ve enjoyed writing and facilitating monthly mediation sessions. I try to make the meditations relevant to what is going on energetically and spiritually and aim to give ‘food for thought’ too. The next session is on Wednesday 4th January. Please contact me for more information.

Over the past few weeks, I have been busy having stalls and running a pop-up shop from my home. I especially enjoyed my stall at Brockenhurst Christmas Fun Evening which is held in the main street. Luckily, this was held on a dry evening before the very cold weather set in!

I was pleased that I was able to fulfil a long overdue aim and get my website up and running this year and I’m thankful to Gareth for his help with this.

I am grateful to those who join me in sending distant healing on the last Saturday of each month. The next session is on Saturday 31st December. If you would like to join in too, please do contact me and I’ll send you the relevant information.

In a year when Russia declared war on the Ukraine and so many people have been affected, I looked for ways of helping and as part of Brockenhurst WI, I have been making bandages that are being sent to Ukraine. New Forest for Ukraine have worked tirelessly to send aid to Ukraine and over 70 van loads have now been sent.

As I reflect on the past year, it makes me realise how fortunate I am to live in a beautiful place, to have a job that I love and have so many customers, friends and family in my life.

I thank each and everyone of you for your support over the past year and I wish you peace, love and joy this Christmas.
