I run classes from my home in the New Forest. There may also be the opportunity of running sessions via Microsoft Teams – please ask for details.
Meditation Group – (Usually) The First Wednesday of the Month
During these monthly guided Meditation sessions we study and meditate with a different crystal/angel/topic each month.
These cost £10 per session. For Crystal and Angel Meditation sessions, you will be given the crystal that you meditate with.
If you cannot make these sessions, a recording can be sent to you.

Neal’s Yard Pamper Events

During these free sessions you get to have a pamper using the gorgeous Neal’s Yard Remedies Organic products.
This usually consists of pampering either the hands or the feet or experiencing a mini facial.
These sessions can also be run at your home or even online. For online you and your guests will be given the products you need in advance. If you host one of these sessions, you get some free gifts and the chance of some free and half price shopping. Contact Julie for more information.
Crystals for Facials Diploma Course
This course is for those trained in facials to add the use of crystals to their facial sessions.
Crystals have a beautiful and healing energy and are a great way to balance the body, mind & soul.
When you use crystals in a facial treatment, they give an added holistic dimension to the session.

Starting Autumn 2022 – Crystals for Indian Head Massage Diploma Course
This course is for those trained in Indian Head Massage to Level 3 standard to add the use of crystals in their Indian Head Massage sessions.
