I hope this finds you well and I hope that 2024 is being kind to you. Apologies for not getting round to doing a newsletter in January (where does the time go!)
We’ve had such a mix of weather so far this year, but the sunny days have been a real tonic to me. (When I started this newsletter,) I enjoyed a walk into the village in the sunshine today and the day ended with a beautiful sunset.
Here are a few of my events and offers this month:
My next meditation session is going to be a week later than normal and will be on Wednesday 14th February, starting at 11 am. These sessions are held in Brockenhurst and cost £10 per session. I make the meditations relevant to what is going on energetically and spiritually and aim to give ‘food for thought’ too. I have a couple of places, so do contact me if you would like to attend.
The next date for the group Distant Healing is on Saturday 24th February at 08.30am. Please let me have names of any animals or humans that are in need of distant healing by 8am on Friday 23rd February and I’ll add them to the distant healing list. If you would like to join us in sending distant healing, do contact me giving me your email address and I’ll add you to my email distribution.
Our skin often has different needs in winter, so for February I am offering one-to-one organic Winter Skincare consultation. These sessions are free of charge and can either be done in person or via Zoom. This gives you an opportunity to ask any questions about skincare concerns or about the Neal’s Yard products suitable for your skin type. You will also get some samples of products to try! Each month, Neal’s Yard have offers on certain products that are referred to as the Hero product of the month. This month, the hero product is the Wild Rose Glow Cream. The Essential Oil of the Month is the Organic Defence Blend and also has 15% off. I use this regularly in my treatment room. It is a cleansing blend of zesty lemongrass, purifying niaouli and naturally protective thyme is a natural alternative to harsh chemical disinfectants and room refreshers. It’s useful during winter, either in a diffuser to purify the air or as a cleanser to sanitise surfaces, both of which help to support your body’s immune system.
